中国歌剧舞剧院简介

中国歌剧舞剧院是中央直属院团中规模最大、艺术门类最多、历史最悠久的国家级艺术剧院，内设歌剧团、舞剧团、交响乐团、民族乐团、舞美部及剧目部、演出部等。剧院历史可追溯到延安鲁迅艺术学院，1964年3月经国务院批准，组建并定名中国歌剧舞剧院。

剧院拥有郭兰英（获“人民艺术家”国家荣誉称号）、乔羽、赵青、刘文金、陈爱莲、吴雁泽、柳石明、李元华、徐沛东、山翀等著名艺术家及一大批深受广大观众喜爱的优秀中青年艺术家。半个多世纪以来，剧院创作演出了百余部歌剧舞剧作品，其中，第一部中国民族歌剧《白毛女》、第一部民族喜歌剧《小二黑结婚》、第一部抒情歌剧《伤逝》、第一部民族舞剧《宝莲灯》、第一部汉唐舞剧《铜雀伎》均诞生于此，在第一届中国艺术节，歌剧《原野》、舞剧《铜雀伎》作为全国民族歌剧舞剧的代表作品参演，这些剧目已成为中国歌剧舞剧史上具有划时代意义的典范之作。党和国家领导人以及诸多外国首脑曾多次观看剧院演出并给予高度评价。

中国歌剧舞剧院秉承守正创新的理念，近年来创排了歌剧《红河谷》《星海》《号角》《林徽因》《刘三姐》《玉堂春》《盼你归来》《青山烽火》《张富清》《唱响南泥湾》，舞剧《孔子》《恰同学少年》《赵氏孤儿》《昭君出塞》《李白》《到那时》《秀水泱泱》，情景歌舞晚会《四季情韵》《天边的祝福》，交响音乐会《丝路交响》，民族管弦乐音乐会《国之瑰宝》,音乐剧《在那遥远的地方》等一批舞台艺术精品力作。剧院还多次应邀赴欧、美、亚、非、大洋洲的许多国家进行交流演出，足迹遍布全球，促进了国际文化交流，增进了中国与世界各国人民之间的了解和友谊。

中国歌剧舞剧院以其经典的舞台作品、精湛的表演艺术和尖端的人才队伍，获得了国内外观众的广泛好评及社会各界的高度赞誉。

Introduction to China National Opera & Dance Drama Theater

China National Opera & Dance Drama Theater, the largest state-level theater in China directly affiliated to the Central Government, has the most art categories and longest history. It established various departments, such as Opera Troupe, Dance Drama Troupe, Symphony Orchestra, Chinese Music Orchestra, Stage Designing Department, Creation Studio and Performing Department. Its predecessor was Yan’an Lu Xun Academy of Art. In March 1964, approved by the State Council, it was established and named as China National Opera & Dance Drama Theater.

The theater has many famous artists such as Guo Lanying (honored as People’s Artist), Qiao Yu, Zhao Qing, Liu Wenjin, Chen Ailian, Wu Yanze, Liu Shiming, Xu Peidong and Shan Chong as well as a large number of outstanding young and middle-aged artists who are loved by audiences. Over the past 50 years, the theater has created and performed over one hundred opera and drama works, including White-haired Girl (first national opera of China), Peasant Takes a Wife (first national comic opera), Shang Shi (first lyric opera), Lotus Lantern (first national dance drama), and Dancing Girl of Tongque Platform (first dance drama about the Han and Tang Dynasties). At the first China Art Festival, the opera drama The Wildness and the dance drama The Dancing Girl of Tongque Platform were performed as representative works of the national folk opera and dance dramas. These works have become landmark models in the history of Chinese opera and dance dramas. Chinese state leaders and many foreign heads have enjoyed the performances and given high praises.

The theater upholds the concept of inheritance and innovation. In recent years, it has produced quite a few new masterpieces including Red River Valley (Opera), Xing Hai (Opera), Horn (Opera), Lin Huiyin (Opera), Liu Sanjie (Opera), Yu Tang Chun (Opera), Looking Forward to Your Return (Opera), Beacon Fire in Qingshan (Opera), Zhang Fuqing (Opera), Confucius (dance drama), When We Were Young (dance drama), Chinese Orphan (dance drama), Princess Zhaojun (dance drama), Li Bai (dance drama), Heroes (dance drama), By Then (dance drama), Guardians of Red Boat (dance drama), Charm of the Season (situational dance drama), Wishes from Heaven (evening performance), The Silk Road Symphony (symphony concert), National Treasures (national orchestra concert) and Love of A Thousand Years (melodrama). The theater has been invited to many countries in Europe, America, Asia, Africa and Oceania for exchanges and performances, which promotes international cultural exchanges and strengthens the friendship between the Chinese people and the rest of the world.

With its classical stage works, masterful performing arts and first-class artists, the theater has been widely recognized and highly appreciated both at home and abroad.
